Stronger Mumma is a community for Mums who want to learn more about ways they can best look after their physical and mental wellbeing. Led by Demi Norwood, our programmes include everything from postpartum exercise and wellness courses, to advanced group fitness sessions.
As a mother of two, Demi understands that rediscovering your former self is as much a mental journey as a physical one.
Our courses and sessions are an opportunity for both new and experienced mums to get together in a pressure-free environment and support each other to become stronger.
Participants are able to bring children with them if it's convenient to do so, but remember our sessions are about you.
Learn to safely perform resistance exercises specifically chosen to heal and support your body after birth. Then progress through a fun and functional exercise programme to help build functional strength and improve body composition.
Get together with other new mums working together towards a shared goal. Babies are welcome to join you for each session if convenient, but remember this journey is all about you.
As a mother of 2, Demi (Founder & lead instructor) understands that the postpartum fitness journey is as much mental as it is physical. One of the key goals for Stronger New Mumma is to give new mums the opportunity to focus on themselves each week and empower them with the tools they need to build physical and mental strength.

Small group training is a more cost-effective option for 2-3 Mummas to be coached together. It's still a focussed and tailored experience, but you have the added social aspect of sharing a goal with others. Group packages include;

A more affordable option for individual training and great for busy Mummas. All the benefits of our 1to1 coaching plans minus the physical sessions. We give you all the tools to reach your goals and plenty of support to stay accountable;

Stronger Mumma is a fitness community founded by Demi Norwood. She is a mum of 2 with over 12 years experience in the fitness industry.
She understands first-hand the mental and physical toll the birthing and raising children presents, and has made it her mission to create a safe, caring and genuine environment for mums to get together and look after their wellbeing.
